  3. For the chutney, wash the coriander leaves and cut it into pieces. Put it in a mixi jar. Now add green chilli, garlic florals, 2 tspn lemon juice and salt as per taste. Grind them to a fine paste and use water accordingly.
  4. Take another container. Add 6-7 glasses of water to it and bring it to boil. Now add a tspn of oil and half tspn of salt to it. Now strain the water from the rice and pour the rice in the boiling water. Stir & Cook until the rice is properly cooked. Strain the water and let the rice cool down for about 10 minutes.
  5. In a pan add 2-4 tspn of oil or ghee. Add bay leaf, green chilli and cumin seeds. Further add all the veggies and fry them until they are well cooked.
  6. Now after the veggies are cooked, add red chilli powder, kitchen king and stir well. Add some water so that the spices are mixed well.
  7. Further add the green chutney and cook for a couple of minutes.
  8. Lastly, add the rice and salt to the veggies and give them a good mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they are properly mixed.
