- Meanwhile, heat little oil and fry half of the chopped onion till brown. Cool and grind it into a smooth paste.
- Now in a grilling pan heat oil then add the soya chap in order to fry them. Cook them for 7-8 minutes and then add the left over marinade into the pan. Cook on low heat till done.
- Now in a pan again heat oil. Add jeera. Let it crackle. Then add chopped onion and fry till brown. Then add remaining ginger garlic paste, tomato(chopped) and fry nicely. Then cool it and grind it into smooth paste.
- Put the same paste in karai and cook again. Add fried onion paste, chill powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, cashew paste, kasoori methi. Fry it nicely. Then add 2 cups water. Let it boil. Then add soya chaps into this thick gravy. Cover and cook for 4 mins on low flame.Then add cream, pepper powder, Dhania Leaves. Switch off the flame.
- Garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and cheese. Serve hot with naan or roti
